A leadership group that has founded, financed, built, and exited natural resource companies across North America, now focused on one of America's most proven and least imaged oil regions.

LGX Energy Corp. was founded to bring modern exploration technology to one of America's most proven and least imaged oil regions. Working with the Adler Energy technical team, LGX has assembled a six-county seismic data position in southwestern Indiana, within the Illinois Basin. The strategy is simple to state and disciplined to execute: let the data lead, drill what the imaging confirms, and grow the position one producing well at a time.

Oil remains a cornerstone of the American economy, fueling transportation, supporting manufacturing, and providing the raw materials in thousands of everyday products, from medical supplies and fertilizers to electronics and construction materials. Domestic production strengthens energy security, supports millions of jobs, and reduces dependence on foreign sources.
The Illinois Basin, spanning portions of Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky, has produced billions of barrels over its history, yet remains one of America's most underappreciated producing regions. Established infrastructure, favorable regulation, proven geology, and lower development costs make it an attractive home for a technology-led operator. LGX's acreage sits in the basin's Indiana portion, in southwestern Indiana.
